The Baking

Ok, so I know I promised this days ago but I took the weekend off to enjoy it with my friends.

And it was great :)

But more on that later.

Here's the low down on the baked goods for our Glitz & Glam New Years Party:

I decided to make....

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Cupcakes

Red Velvet Brownies with White Chocolate Buttercream

Chocolate cupcakes with brown butter cinnamon cream cheese frosting

and...Lemon squares (family recipe)

oh and then I had extra raspberry puree so I made raspberry cupcakes with vanilla butter cream frosting :)

I couldn't sleep on Thursday night so I decided to stay up baking...

then I painted my nails while they were cooking...

so when I took them out, I was being careful of my nails and dropped 23 mini cupcakes to the bottom of my oven...

but.........

most of them survived :)

i love my pastry tool :)

I must say... everything was sooooo good :) :) :)
