As everyone knows, unless you live under a rock, this weekend was Easter.
As I mentioned last week, I went home to Roswell with my freshman roommate and one of my best friends, Candice.
It was a fun relaxing weekend.
It took us about two hours to get out there with traffic but i didn't even mind because we always have loads to talk about.
We spent Friday night in with my parents, playing the train game and eating Peggy's enchiladas.
I love that we both love to fall asleep to a movie or episode of gilmore girls :)
On saturday, we slept in, drank coffee, spent time with God and then left for the movies.
My parents hadn't seen Hunger Games yet so we all went together.
It was EVEN BETTER the second time around.
Then, the girls went on a little shopping trip to the Avenue. :)
Anna met up with us and we both got two new outfits from Francesca's.
I also got a new phone case from J.Crew!
We went home and Candice and I played the train game over and over again (we're addicted!)
And then we ordered in Chinese food and just sat around the table and talked as a family for a long time.
Then the boys watched golf and the girls dyed Easter eggs.
This will probably surprise you but this is only the second time i've dyed Easter eggs!
It got a little messy but it was fun!
On Sunday, we went to church (of course).
It was a good service, the preacher even made a Hunger Games analogy in the sermon!
(He showed the clip of Katniss volunteering for her sister and talked about how it was similar to Jesus)
Then we had a pretty chill, but delicious, lunch and watched the Masters.
I was able to put together my graduation announcements!
It is so crazy!
Only 32 days left!
Hope you had a great weekend!
I have a feeling that this is going to be a great week :)
